My husband and I always dreamed of getting married on the beach at sunset. For our 10th anniversary, I surpised him with the trip to Maui and the vow renewal. I was apprehensive about leaving something so important in our lives to someone else, but I am so grateful that I am a praying woman. Jayanne did an amazing job understanding exactly what we wanted even though we were thousands of miles apart and everything turned out WONDERFUL and I wouldn't have changed a single thing.The moments that Arien captured through photo were remarkable. I was so anxious to see the pictures and when I finally got them through email and I saw them...I cried my eyes out. It was like I was reliving the moment at that very second. I look at my wedding pictures EVERY day still and I have been married for over three months now. They are that good and they make me smile everyday!

Andrea the hair/makeup girl was so nice and very easy to talk to and her overall work was beautiful. I didn't know what to expect going into it never seeing her work or anything, but she was AWESOME! I had no complaints at all, everything went smooth and was perfect for my husband and I. This is what all these wonderful people do on a daily basis as their career and they do a darn fine job.

Once proposed to and ready to begin nuptial planning, I was sure that a wedding by the ocean would be the perfect place for us. I stumble upon this website and from that moment, I was captured by the clarity and beauty of the photographers' work. Also, I thought to myself, if they put this much work into their website alone, there is no way they would slack with my photos, and indeed I was correct. First stop were the best coordinators in the world Jo and Arlyn. Both these women were there for me every time I had any questions or needs. Not once did they delay in answering my calls. They were always nice and reliable too. Then, I met the photographers. First, I met Gordon Nash. He helped me tremendously because most times I did not know what to do or how to pose. He helped me through the entire shot and got some amazing shots. Secondly, I met Jon, he is also a great photographer, he made me feel much more confortable with myself and took some amazing pics as well. Third one in the list is Ian. This guy knows how to make you have fun the entire time. If you do trash the dress pics, he will probably be as or more dirty than you by the end of it lol. Arien and Branden also were in the TTD shots, they were very attentive and made me laugh all the time. In general, I had an unbeliebable experience with all these people. They were there for me when I had no clue on what I was doing, and the photos turn out beautifully. I want to thank you all for being so good at what you do.

We loved everything about our wedding day! Who could ask for more than Hawaii as a setting? Everyone was very professional and helpful. There was no stress about the day for me other than the weather which also turned out perfect. My father had recently passed away and we were not ready for a big family gathering. This was an answer to our prayers. Robert and I got to enjoy our day together. Gordon and Dan made us feel very at ease with the filming and photo session. I hate to have my picture taken and they made it easy. They did not make us feel rushed and we got the shots we wanted. Several
of our photos look like a postcard. I would recommend this as a way to go for any couple, whether it is just them or a small wedding party.

Gordon and Ian,

The pictures are wonderful! I couldn't have asked for better photographers. As most brides can attest, the wedding day goes so quickly it's hard to really remember. Now that I have time to reflect, I can really enjoy the day while looking at these beautiful photographs. I really didn't think I would be nervous since everything was so well planned but I was and Shena really was a godsend. Her way was so supportive and carefree I relaxed because I saw how she flawlessly took care of all of the little details and allowed me just to be the bride. Jo, I can't even tell you how many emails from me she must have responded to. I felt guilty, but every time she would answer very timely with a pleasant reply saying that my questions were no problem at all. I don't think you will find a better company to use for your wedding. I'm still amazed of how I looked in the photos and I have Gordon and Ian to thank. I'm not even sure I actually looked that great, but the photos made it sure seem so. Ian really caught some really cool shots of us that we didn't expect. He is an up and coming photography star! Also, I now know why Gordon has won so many awards. Pure Genius I tell you!

One thing that I may want to make new brides aware of is to what to expect from the coordination. I guess I was thinking more of a wedding planner vs. coordinator. What I found after ordering my package was that everything was taken care of for me. That was great, however everything (the flowers, cake, and music and videographer) was chosen for me. I was waiting to be contacted and asked what type of flowers, cake etc.. I would like. New brides if you wish for anything in particular let that be known upfront. The coordinator will do anything asked but if she doesn't know you want something particular she won't know to take that next step. If I had known that in the beginning I think I wouldn't have been so nervous and Jo probably would have received fewer emails from me. I think Jo did a fabulous job however what I didn't know made me panic a little. I hope this information helps the coordinators to work with upcoming brides and upcoming brides to know what to expect.

Overall, any new bride would be a fool not to go with this company. The pictures alone would be enough to make you want to book!

We were married on the Five palms lower lawn on Feb 10 2009. I was unsure how everything was going to turn out because it was so easy planning the wedding of my dreams with lots of help from Jo! When my special day came, Della met me onsite right away and made me feel so comfortable! My wedding experience with A Paradise Dream Wedding was really wonderful. The pictures I got were so natural and were as beautiful as the pictures on the website. We were really happy with everything.

We selected Cove as our wedding location. When we first arrived in Maui, I went to Cove in a cloudy afternoon. It was not attractive at all. I was so disappointed and really worried about the wedding. But in my wedding day, which is a partly cloudy morning, the Cove was really gorgeous. I guess picking the morning time is very important. Mr. Nash's camera can captured all the beauty of scene. You really can't get the same thing with a normal camera. And best of all, Mr. Nash can capture all your best moments in this important day. I'm also very happy with video. They are even better than the samples 
on the website.

Aloha Jayanne,   Boy were we both thinking at the same time.  I actually was driving home from work (yes, I'm back at work sadly), changed my clothes and sat down to write to you.   I wanted to thank you for everything.  Jayanne, our wedding was absolutely perfect.  I cannot find a single thing to complain about.  Other than the fact that I didn't get to hear much of the music, but that's because I was too busy concentrating on everything else.  However, I hear Cambria played beautifully.   Like I said, every single thing went so very smoothly and I can't believe how not one thing mis-happed!  It was amazing!!  You and your crew truly did a beautiful job.    We will definitely be back in Maui.  David's ready to move there.  I said "slow down!"  LOL. The list of things we did and the places we went before and after the wedding are huge.  From the volcano at sunrise, to the lava fields, to snorkeling, to Hana, to the fabulous restaurants, and much much more.  You definitely live in a glorious place!!   Between my camera, both of Jason and Megan's and our friends, we have so many pictures to sort through..........and I can't wait to see Arien's photos!!!!  In the meantime, I have found a few of the ceremony that I wanted to share with you. What can I say? I searched for several weeks before deciding on APDW. The pictures were so beautiful and surreal and after talking to Joanne, we were ready to book. Everything turned out much better than we could have ever imagined!

As for each category:

Coordinator: Jayanne is THE BEST! She's so sweet and she did an excellent job coordinating everything. I enjoyed our email correspondence and we were very happy to finally meet her after our wedding! :-)

Minister: Kimo was awesome. He kept both of us calm and performed a beautiful ceremony.

Photographer: Arien is great!! He got all of the shots we wanted and helped us take the best photos.

Videographer: Brian was excellent. He and Arien worked together to make sure all of our best moments were captured. There was a typo with our wedding date on the video, but he promptly sent us another video and re-posted it on the website.

Flowers: The flowers came out just like I had expected. They were absolutely beautiful!!

Musician: The musicians did a wonderful job at our ceremony. The music was beautiful and the guests enjoyed it.

Limo: The only reason we gave this category a 9 is because we were supposed to have the Rolls Royce, which needed maintenance. Jayanne suggested some alternatives and we still ended up happy with the Lincoln limo we had.

Hair & Makeup: I only had my makeup done. Regina was GREAT! She did such a good job on my makeup. I received many compliments.

Location: We loved the church we were married in. We even got to meet the caretaker, Edith, who was very sweet. The beach across the street made for excellent shots and the beach we drove to was even better!

I cannot imagine our wedding being any different. It was truly perfect. We even had some dolphins swim by and a large turtle wash up in one of the waves. Our wedding will forever be one of the most amazing and special memories of our life. After years of talking about what we wanted our wedding to be like, we were pleasantly surprised to have EVERY aspect of our day surpass our expectations. Our ceremony took place at sunset on 9/8/2008 at Kapalua Bay Beach. We had not seen the location until the day before the wedding, and were a little concerned that the public beach would interfere with our intimate gathering. It did not, at all. Our on-site coordinator (Della) and photographer (Eric), arrived early to reserve a spot on the beach. We had 25 people and 
PLENTY of room to move around. The beach was more beautiful than we'd imagined and both agreed we would choose the same location over again if we could. Kimo was our minister and was fabulous. He had everyone laughing at numerous times during the ceremony, which is exactly what we wanted for our guests. Our photographer was AMAZING. So laid back and yet so professional. Everyone who has seen our photos says they are the most beautiful pictures they have ever seen. We just received our pictures back and they are beyond anything we imagined or expected!!!! Our whole experience has been amazing, from coordinating with Jayanne over emails to being photographed by Arien and having our DVD shot by Brian, we had an ideal experience with A Paradise Dream Weddings. All you have to do is look at their pictures and you can see the high standards this company's employees and affiliates hold themselves to. Every person that has seen our photos has commented on how flawless and well-composed they are. "Like a picture in a magazine," is what I keep hearing. It is a true testament that everything was outstanding when my husband and I both agree that if we could do it over again, we wouldn't change a single thing.

I think every bride to be has anxiety when they first start thinking about a destination wedding because of the fact that you can't whip around the corner to check out the flowers, see the location, have a hair and makeup consultation etc. Well, all the stress was lifted after the first contact with our coordinator. A few simple questions and you're on your way! The website is also easy to navigate and also not cheesy at all like many destination wedding websites out there. You can tailor any package to your liking so you aren't charged for extras if you don't want them.

Our coordinator had some very helpful tips- who her favourite vendors were, some cost friendly alternatives to certain things etc. It is wonderful to know that she is making sure everyone shows up and does what they are supposed to do!! She had a wonderful sense of humor too and always responded promptly to my questions.

Gordon Nash is outstanding- but if you have looked at his work you will already know that. I have had so many people remark that my wedding photos are the nicest they have ever seen! I am also very thankful that we opted to have the wedding dvd done- if you are wondering if it's worth it- it is. We had a reception back home so it was such a treat to be able to include those that weren't there in our ceremony.

We were married at Poolenalena beach which was gorgeous- don't need to go overboard on decorations as the setting is already stunning! It was also so special to be able to get some sunset photos. If you're worried about the public being around- don't be. In fact in a couple of our pictures we have 2 little girls in the background watching us- my husband thinks it's a sign we will have daughters! Haha.

We were married by Rev. Vance who gave us the gift of a warm, beautiful ceremony with Hawaiian touches! A man with lovely energy.

Thank you to everyone that was involved- you not only met my expectations- but exceeded them!

Our on-site contact, Della who also made my unbelievable bouquet, was a dream to deal with on site. Our videographer, Dan, kept us laughing & we cannot say enough about our photographers, Eric & Arien. Both were true professionals & captured the most amazing photographs of our wedding day! We had a morning wedding & scheduled both Eric & Arien to attand our luau "reception" in order to capture sunset & candid photographs of that part of the day. The entire experience was flawless. Jo, our coordinator was amazing and so easy to work with. She kept us organized and in the loop. Our on site coordinator was ready to show our party of 28 to their place on the Keawakapu beach, where a guitarist played for them. She recomended I got there 20 minutes later, and when my father and I arrived, she had my beautiful boquet ready and showed me the way to the ceremony. She explained the procedure as we went along. She made it all seamless. We were never stressed our or worried about our group. I never even noticed GOrdon and his assistant taking our pictures during the ceremony, we were too busy listening to Kimo our minister. Kimo was amazing with his words, and no rehearsal was necessary. He spoke loud enough for the entire group to hear, he even did a chant and a Hawaiian prayer for us. It felt very private and special, even if we weren't alone on the beach. We were the only wedding party I saw the entire week we were in Keihi. I had nightmares that I walked onto the beach and had to look around for the right Groom and wedding party! NOT the case at all. Just a bit of wedding jitters I suppose! We chose to all go to lunch afterwards for a casual reception, and not do cake or a toast on the beach. When our crowd went to the restaurant, Gordon kept us busy with pictures for another hour and a half. He knew what poses look great on the beach and explained everything step by step. I was worried since he is such a big name photographer he would be hard to work with or too bossy. He is such a humble man who has traveled the world. He finds beauty in everything and knows how to capture it in a picture. Our time with him went very quickly and we could hardly wait 3 weeks to see the pictures! We were so happy with them. They were worth the wait! I have already recommended 2 of my family friends to use A Paradise Dream Wedding and Gordon Nash. One was in Maui 2 weeks ago and just got her pictures (Chrissy Schreier and new Husband Brian). The other Kirsten Killingstad is working on the date, but will be using the same group we loved! A Paradise Dream Wedding gave my wife and I a truly memorable and beautiful experience for our vow renewal ceremony.  It was second to none.  The pleasant staff helped us through all of our requests and everything was set up and came off smoothly and without a hitch.  Our photographer, Eric Dahl, was a wonderful person and very creative and talented.  His photography was amazing and brought tears to my wife's eyes when she viewed them.  She looks back at them almost every day since.  We have shared the photos with our friends and family and recommended Maui Weddings to everyone we have spoken with.  We highly recommend them to you!

Flowers: I had you pick out the special flowers for my big day and could not have asked for anything more beautiful. I loved the different colors. It was perfect!
Cake & Toast: This was a must for us. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious!
Hair & Makeup: This I was very shaky on. Not having a trial run on hair and makeup really scared me. But the Lady that came to my hotel room the day of our wedding was great. I did not even have to tell what I wanted. She had an idea and it turned out wonderful. I do recommend that you bring your own lipstick because she did not have any that you can buy, which I did not bring any. 
Location: We picked the Cove for our location. We stopped by to look at it the day before. Just me and my new husband. As soon as we stepped through the opening of the wall and saw a mini paradise. It took our breath away. I loved the lava rocks, the sand was so soft and I loved the spray that would come up. 
On-Site Coordinator: We did not hire a coordinator but there was someone present to assist us. Which ended up being very helpful!

Me and my husband ran across your web site when looking for a wedding destination. We fell in love with your pictures and location. We made a phone call and was greeted with a warm welcome. We filled out simple paperwork and our wedding was set. Once we arrived to Hawaii we were called to make sure everything was set for our big day. Once the day arrived we were greeted at our wedding location with a great crew- all smiles and happy to help us in anyway. We did have a lot of family present that wanted pictures with us as we went and Ian was very accommodating.

Jayanne was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire planning process. Reverend Kimo has a great personality and really made our ceremony special and comfortable! Gordon Nash could not have been any better. His laid back attitute made photos very carefree and enjoyable. The photos are absolutely gorgeous! The videographer was very unintrusive and the video with childhood photos was great. The only reason we gave him a 9/10 is because the childhood photos were mislabeled in the beginning of the DVD. The flowers were exactly what we asked for. The harpist was very skilled and pleasant. In room hair and make up was definitely worth it and turned out perfectly (despite the fact that I never wear makeup, she did a wonderful job making me look very natural). The Cove is absolutely perfect for a wedding with a combination of waves crashing, lava rocks, palm trees, and an island off the coast for a backdrop. We honestly could not have asked for anything more. Our wedding was perfect! Thank you SO much for making all of our dreams come true!!

Working with A Paradise Dream Wedding was the best decision that we made for our destination wedding. I am usually a very organized person and like to be in control of everything so I thought that I would be a mess until the wedding, but Jo and Arlyn were very good at responding to my emails and putting me at ease. When we got to Maui, I felt like I was able to relax and enjoy spending time with our families instead of stressing about about minor wedding details. On the day of the wedding, I told Shelly a general idea of what I wanted for my hair and she gave me the best up-do I've ever had. She also did a great job with the makeup. I was going to do my own makeup at first, but I'm so glad I had her do it because my makeup stayed fresh the whole time - even on the beach! When I arrived at the ceremony site, Diana greeted me and gave me my flowers. These flowers were just as beautiful as they were in the pictures online! I didn't expect my boquet to actually look like that, but it was perfect! Eric was so great to work with - he really listened to what kind of pictures we wanted, and he had some great ideas! As we were taking pictures at the Cove, it started raining on us, so Eric met us on another beach to finish taking pictures. I felt like he was really invested in making sure he got all of the shots and that they turned out good. Eric sent us a few pictures ahead of time for us to use at our reception back in Texas, and they are beautiful! We spent months looking at the pictures online, imagining what our day would look like, and after seeing some of the pictures we can't believe that it's us in those pictures! I was really impressed by how much attention to detail and how much time and effort that your company puts into each wedding! You guys did all of the work and all we had to do is show up. I can't even begin to thank all of you for giving us and our families these beautiful memories! I wish I had more friends getting married in Maui so I could make sure they use A Paradise Dream Wedding!

The location was perfect just after Eric showed us the section on the beach that was not covered with July 4th campers! Rev. Kenneth was a pleasure to work with. Thanks to a Paradise Dream Wedding for making June 12, 2008 in Makena, Maui the best day of our lives! The professionalism of the top rate staff employed with A Paradise Dream Wedding is to be commended for the way they orchestrated our entire wedding day from early that morning until our photography session was complete at The Cove after our beach ceremony. When we originally called and booked our wedding through Arlyn, we were concerned about a variety of topics and she put us right at ease. She even suggested that we have a morning ceremony rather than an evening one due to the "color" of the Pacific that we had admired from other photos by the photographers. From there Jo Thurman took over and arranged a moment by moment schedule of events so that when we arrived in Maui all we had to do was get our marriage license! My hair and makeup were attended to in my hotel room by a lovely woman named DeeJay. She asked to see my dress and then came up with a design she thought would fit me best. DeeJay was wonderful and an early riser to be at my hotel promptly at 6:15 AM. What a day! We were off to The Cove on a cloudy morning...but the SUN popped out during our ceremony on the beach which made Arien's photos the most phenomenal works of art that all our friends and family have ever seen! Our minister, Tino, the violinist and the entire crew at The Cove worked hard to see that we were relaxed and having the time of our lives! We laughed a lot! Chris made sure our cake, toast and set-up went smoothly. Carl, our videographer, took amazing footage and we received a memorable wedding video that will take us back to Maui whenever we view it! Arien Sherman, our photographer had the "vision" from the moment he started our photo shoot as the ceremony began. The presentation of photos on the DVD, as well as online and again in his slideshow painted a true portrait of what June 12, 2008 meant to us. Arien's talents are truly a gift - I hope other brides and grooms choose Arien for his style, artistic craft and comfortable personality! We cannot thank all of you enough! We just had a Luau Wedding Reception at our home for family and friends last weekend, and they are all raving and amazed by the photos and videos. Let's say, A Paradise Wedding made us look gorgeous! It was a leap of faith booking a wedding, location, photographer, and a minister online. However, we were so impressed with the website, the photography, and the emails from our coordinator, Jayanne Jefferys, that absolutely any doubts we had melted away. We clicked with him immediately. He made us comfortable, happy, and excited to be photographed. We truly had a perfect wedding!!! On receipt of our photographs, we popped the DVD slideshow into the player and cried when we saw the images that Arien took. He is so talented. He captured even the smallest meaningful moment. We had a reception for our friends & family that weren't able to make the wedding and every person was stunned at how beautiful the photographs, location, and service was. Absolutely everyone involved with the planning of our wedding was so, so, so kind and friendly and approachable. Jo was our planner and she handled everything with utmost aloha. She gave us lots of insider tips and we always heard from her right away if we had questions. We always felt totally secure and safe in our decision to plan a wedding from 2,000 miles away, which I think is no easy feat.

Ken, our minister, was da kine, as Hawaiians would say. EVERYONE at our wedding commented on how wonderful he was, how warm, and how we instantly felt like friends. It was as if he'd known us forever.

Arien and Carl made everyone comfortable for the photos and video, and we are so happy to have such beautiful photos as memories of our big day. We were overjoyed with the photos! It's hard not to be happy with a day in Hawaii, but everyone made sure everything went smoothly. My flowers looked exactly as I had suggested--and that was only a suggestion. I actually cried when I saw them.

Most importantly, we were able to kick back and relax and really fully enjoy our wedding because we weren't caught up in the details. Our minister told us we are now all ohana, and that's how we feel!

Our videographer was also fantastic, however one little thing I will mention is on our DVD there are two people in the background right at the beginning of our ceremony and the boy actually waves at the camera! We are a little disappointed as this should have been seen straight away and rectified instead of a couple of minutes of them in the background. Otherwise he was great, made us feel relaxed and tried so hard to get all our memories on our video!

Over all fantastic, a few areas let it down but it didn't affect our overall experience and we have some lovely memories that we will never forget! Thank you so much!

Gordon was simply amazing and everyone who views our wedding photos describes them as something they'd imagine seeing in a magazine. Gordon was so easy to work with and managed to capture all of the right moments without us even realizing he was there half the time. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator either. Jo answered all of my e-mail questions and reassured me when I had concerns about details of the wedding. She made the arrangements as painless as they can be when planning a wedding from across the country. :-) Our wedding videographer was very friendly and captured excellent footage of the ceremony and key moments afterwards. The location of the wedding ceremony (Maui Prince Hotel - Pacific Lawn) was picturesque, and allowed for privacy and beauty since it overlooks the ocean and there are palm trees surrounding the area. It was the perfect choice for our small group of 15. Our minister, Tino Rosete, was wonderful. He managed to get the pronunciation of my maiden name correct when hearing it only once and gave a beautiful traditional Hawaiian ceremony from memory.

The wedding was the best experience we have had. Our coordinator Jo was so attentive and kept in constant contact with us. Using a coordinator takes the stress of the wedding that one would usually have. The location selected, The Cove, was the most breathtaking place we have encountered.

The photographer Eric was the best. He was so easy to work with and he was able to set us at ease on the activity. We told him, we wanted awesome pictures, so we had quite a bit of time to get very creative and have some very fun photos. The pictures that we received are so awesome and breathtaking that Eric made them look the day was set for us.

I would highly recommend Paradise Dream wedding to anyone that would like to have a wedding in Maui, renew vows, or just need a photographer for a special occasion. They are an 11 in my book.

We had a FABULOUS experience with a Paradise Dream Wedding.  I selected this company off the internet & based on photo quality/style, thinking if they take this much pride in photos, they must take pride in planning as well.  I was right!!  Joanne (our coordinator) was great…she took all of our wishes & gave us a beautiful wedding day that we will always remember!  We even had to reschedule our wedding just 5 days before the original date due to my fiancé (now husbandJ) being in an accident the night before we were to leave for Hawaii!  Joanne took care of everything to reschedule for 3 ½ months later (time fiancé needed to recover) & we weren’t even penalized for the change!  Eric, our photographer, was great as well!  He captured the most beautiful moments of our day & even got great portraits of my hubby, who is camera shy!  The videographer was great & even captured the whales that attended our wedding in the ocean behind us!  Our photos & video made me cry they were so beautiful!  We were thrilled! ALL of the vendors were great & the only mishap (hair lady overslept…I had AM wedding) turned out fine.  She was so good at doing hair/makeup that I was ready from start to finish in one hour! And only about 10 minutes late!  Amazing!  And I think I would have looked just as great had she been on time!  All in all it was a magical day that I will treasure forever!  Mahalo!

Minister: A+  What can one really say about Rev. Al Terry that probably already has not been said!?  We met Rev. Terry just a few minutes before our ceremony and he conducted it like he had known us for most of our lives.  He made us laugh and almost cry!  We are very glad to have him conduct our ceremony, as it is truly something that will be with us for the rest of our lives.

Photographer: Eric A+  Eric was a dream come true when it came to photographers.  He was easy to talk to and not only did we make him laugh, he made us laugh.  We truly enjoyed having him as our photographer and he is THE reason we booked with your company and it truly paid off in the end.  We have amazing photographs of a beautiful wedding that was taken by a wonderful person.  He captured the emotions of the day as well as show off his personality and flair as well. 

Flowers:  A+  The flowers were EXACTLY what I wanted.  Coming to the tropics I was not sure how having sunflowers as my wedding flower would work.  This was the only thing that I was worried about, because you always see orchids, lilies and roses in tropic weddings and I wanted to tie in a more midwest flower and the florist nailed exactly what I wanted.  I mailed my bouquet ribbon to your office two weeks in advance to have put on my flowers and they did such an amazing and professional job in doing so.  It meant a lot to me that I was able to have my mother's favorite flowers as my bouquet when she wasn't there in person.  Thank you for letting me have her with me on that day.

Location: The Secret Cove!!!  A+++  This location was the reason we picked Maui as the island to get married on!  It was perfect.  We couldn't have asked for a better location and people are always asking where we got married when they see the pictures.

You made our dreams come true for our wedding.  When Jeramy and I first got engaged we had a big problem.  I wanted an intimate ceremony and he is the oldest of 21 grandchildren (huge family).  After discussing eloping to Maui I came across your site.  It had everything!  The amazing photography (which was very important to me), the videographer, the location, the coordinator.....all with one very reasonable fee!  I couldn't believe my luck!  After discussion and pricing around, I kept coming back to your website over and over again.  The day we booked our wedding date with you was the day I knew we had made the right choice.  Everyone was in touch from the moment go.  You made OUR dream wedding happen.  Just the two of us on a beautiful Maui beach.  Your photographer, minister and videographer made our day even more memorable.  Not only were the professional and overjoyed to be working with us, they were amazing people within themselves.  We were honored to have their names on our marriage license!  Thank you for giving us one of the most memorable days of our lives.  We will never be able to express how grateful we are to have found your company and to have worked with your staff. I originally found a Paradise Dream Wedding through my initial search for a photographer. After many hours of research and reviews I chose Gordon. I even changed my initial date of the wedding so I could have him take our photos. He met my expectations in every way. Our pictures are beautiful. We have gotten so many compliments from people saying they are the most beautiful pictures they have seen and even look like something from a magazine. Videographer: 10 Our video turned out wonderful. Every time I watch it I it reminds me of how special our day was. Flowers: 9 Musician: Our violinist was wonderful. At first, I had wanted someone to play guitar but at the recommendation of Jayanne I went with the violist and I am glad that I did. It really set the mood! Hair & Makeup: I was a little nervous about this at first. Having someone doing my hair and makeup for my wedding day without first practicing. However, Regina did a fabulous job. My makeup looked wonderful and she had my hair exactly how I wanted it. Location: The cove is absolutely beautiful!! Even though the pictures are gorgeous, they do not do it the justice of being there in person. All of Hawaii is beautiful but I do believe this was one of, if not the most beautiful scenery on Maui.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize a few of your stellar employees.  My husband and I came across your website, actually through a referral.  I contacted your office for information; I got a warm aloha response immediately and was sold. Jayanne was extremely helpful and speaks so highly of your company.
We were lucky enough to make a visit to Maui in November, prior to our wedding.  We met your staff, saw your offices and were able to meet everyone involved in our wedding.  Your staff gave us the warm 'Aloha Spirit' welcoming. Jayanne helped me with the big, little and huge tasks of coordinating a perfect wedding of 100+ people coming from the mainland.  Unfortunately, our photographer Eric got the flu the week of our wedding.  He was nice enough to call Guy and myself personally to let us know and send his apologies.  Jayanne also called both of us to ensure we were ok.  I actually came down with the same flu Eric had the day before our wedding - so I completely understood how sick he was, since the flu sent me to the Urgent Care.  Jayanne called her personal Dr. in Kihei and made me an appointment!  Talk about going above and beyond.  She also gave me advice - If I got nervous to just lock my eyes on Guy (my husband) and everything would be ok.  She was absolutelyamazing!  We also loved our photographer, Arien Sherman, Della Peacock our on-site coordinator, and our videographer, Carl Rozycki.  Our pictures came out amazing and our video. We are speechless!  Jayanne said to defiantly have our wedding videotaped because we wouldn't remember everything that went on...she was right!  We are so happy we decided to have our wedding taped.  The personalization's Carl made on our DVD are breathtaking.

The only comment I wanted to make was that I really don't like the Collages web site.  I think it is hard to see the pictures.  They seem so far away and you cannot see details such as expressions in the face.  Once I received my disc with all pictures on it, I couldn't believe how much better they were.  I'm really happy we paid extra for the disc.  Also, when the pictures were uploaded to Collages I noticed some were missing and had to call and find out what happened.  It just seems like maybe there should a designated person for the pictures after the wedding because the photographers' assistants are very busy.  We did receive our wedding album and it is beautiful. 

The Cove is the most beautiful site for a wedding.  We were so pleased we chose that beach to be married on!!  The flowers and leis were so colorful and smelled amazing.  Gordon is a great photographer.  We loved his easy-going approach.  We felt like we received personal attention and were not rushed while having our pictures taken.  Evonne, our coordinator did a great job of responding to our questions on e-mail promptly and was very detailed oriented to ensure everything was perfect on our wedding day! The travel agent services were great as well.  Thanks again for making our wedding in Maui so special.

We were very happy with our experience with A Paradise Dream Wedding. We've both been married before and wanted a small, beautiful, stress-free, memorable, romantic, destination wedding. We got exactly that and it was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. I now understand what the "Aloha Spirit" is, (it was my first trip to Hawaii) our wedding was filled with it! Every player was so helpful and caring, we felt like these people really cared, not like we were just generic customers. The coordinator was fantastic. I really admire her as she has so many brides to look after which means a million details, she gave me peace knowing that even though I had never met her and was thousands of miles away from my wedding site, I could be confident that everything was being taken care of. This wasn't easy for me at first since event planning is part of my job, it was difficult to hand over the reigns to a complete stranger, but with Our coordinator's attention to detail, cheerful attitude, and patience, I was at ease in no time. Our Minister, Rev. Ken, was wonderful. He exudes so much warmth, as soon as you meet him you just want to hug him! He is one of the happiest people I've ever met. Apparently his nickname is the Hawaiian Dalai Lama. He gave us a Christian Hawaiian ceremony that was both emotional, spiritual and humorous all in one. I absolutely love Rev. Ken, his joyful personality is infectious. You can't help but feel good around him! I really hope I can see him again one day. He is such a great guy. Our photographers, Gordon and Arien were outstanding. They let us have input on the photos and it turned out to be a great collaboration of taking their expertise along with our specific requests to get the exact shots we wanted. They were so laid back, and didn't rush us which resulted in us being very relaxed. Our photos are so beautiful, we were ecstatic with them. Our videographer Carl was awesome too. He had the same laid back attitude and joked around with us. Our wedding DVD is very professional, above and beyond my expectations. My bouquet was breathtaking, even though the florist didn't get it exactly right. They had missed putting one type of flower in. I was very impressed with Our Coordinator however, when I let her know later, she followed up immediately with the florist for an explanation. I had my hair done by Jean and I highly recommend her. I was a little nervous at first having my hair done by a complete stranger a couple hours before my wedding but I found out that I had no reason whatsoever to worry. Jean came into our condo with a "take charge" attitude. She had her little suitcase with her and immediately found a chair for me and a plug in for her and set up within minutes. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair and along with verbally explaining, she had my hair done exactly how I wanted it and it was perfect. This was amazing to me, I can't even communicate that well with my own hair stylist. The one I've known for years! I didn't get my make up done but I'm sure Jean would be just as proficient with that. Jean told me she is a nurse as well, that really made me feel I was in good hands. She has a very caring personality and she has chosen her professions well. The location, The Cove, was truly magical. Actually magical isn't a big enough word to describe that place. We had gone down the day before to find out where the place was and to scout it out. You drive along this road and there is a lava rock wall. You park and then there is a doorway to the beach. I was walking along the rock wall and then turned into the doorway and my heart skipped a beat when I saw this beach. You think it looks nice on the website, well imagine it being 10 times more beautiful in person. It was the first time in my life when I could literally say "I can't believe my eyes". This beach is Heaven on earth. With the components of white sand, turquoise ocean, black lava rock, green palm trees and blue sky, it is a picture post card sight. I knew I had picked the perfect backdrop for my wedding. Later when I was showing photos to a friend she said "it looks like someone pulled a backdrop behind you guys, it looks so perfect". On our wedding day we arrived at the beach at 9:15am and after a bit of discussion with Rev. Ken and the photographers, we started very quickly. Rev. Ken played his ukulele as I walked "down the aisle" in bare feet, the sun was shining and we had the most wonderful ceremony. I'd like to thank everyone who was involved with making our day so memorable. I highly recommend A Paradise Dream Wedding to anyone who wants the most romantic day of their life.
