Masoom and Rushika Bhatt came to Maui for their wedding all the way from Leicester, England! Their number one request was to have a picture under the Maui stars. I worked with the couple on the schedule and plan, helped them get transportation, so they could drive down into the Lava fields at the end of Makena. This is a must see spot for anyone coming to Maui. The dried lava flow for miles all the way from the summit down to the ocean will make you feel the size of an ant. So powerful and majestic, and extra special at night where there is no man made light. Photographer Branden Sequeira used all of his expertise in shooting and editing this amazing star photo.
