Shantai and KC Chapman stayed up on the westside of the island in Kahana. A thriving little town with a laid back feel, away from the busy Kaanapali tourist areas. Their condo, the Kahana Sunset allowed them to take pictures on the grass, and we had a lovely wedding on the beach in front. Its nice to be able to do a wedding right outside your condo. After a rest and some quiet time, the couple met us back at the famous Cove in Makena for sunset photos. The bride looked as fresh as her first step down the aisle. Its so amazing to be able to drive down a little driveway from a private location at Gannons Lower Wedding Knoll, to Poolenalena Beach, a pristine, long white sand beach with gorgeous water, lava rocks and islands in the distance. Danny and Gladys Gutierrez of Arizona exchanged vows at their very tropical wedding, held at Gannons Lower Wedding Knoll. We had privacy, weather backup, good parking, real restrooms and not to mention views of the whole Island of Maui and the coastline. Our top Pastor, Laki Kaahumanu is so well known and so often requested we call him our Hawaiian Super Star. Couples from all over the world fly him to Europe and the mainland, TV shows use him for Hawaii segments.
