Do you take "Getting Ready Photos" of the Groom also?

We love to make sure the Groom has his special time and attention. Its quite different in the Grooms room with his "boys" than the Brides room with her "girls".  We send two photographers, so one can go to each room.  Then we have two shooting angles at the wedding. At the reception one Photographer can be concentrating on the couple, while the second Photographer captures all the little personal details, like the favors and decorations.  Our Four Hour Photo Package is good for this type of photo shoot.  Paul and his boys cut a very fine look!  Jayanne, Wedding Coordinator

Wedding Dinner and Reception at The Plantation House

Our happy couple joined 30 of their friends and family for dinner and dancing at The Plantation House restaurant in Kapalua for a Traditional dinner, first dance and big wedding cake.  We love The Plantation House, its one of the few restaurants you can have dancing past 10 pm.  They have a whole downstairs room you can take over and make your own.  Jayanne, Wedding Coordinator

Can we do a Trash The Dress shoot BEFORE the Maui wedding?

We love to!  It give the couple a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera and develop a relationship with the Photographer.  The Photographer gets to know the couple and how to best reflect them in their photos.  Also its a great way to start your wedding week!  Tammy and Paul started out with a trash the dress at the cove the day before their wedding.  Jayanne, Wedding Coordinator

Can we incorporate our children into our Maui wedding?

Yes, this makes the wedding even more special.  We are very accomplished at helping to blend families and make everyone feel special and a part of the proceedings.  Photographer, Arien Sherman captured these special smiles. We have children walk the bride down, be flower girls and ring bearers, bubble blowers.  They can have a part to read or say, a son can be the best man.  We let them be themselves and still capture their joy of life during a serious event.  Cecilia and Alvin, both Lawyers, got to relax with their family for their Maui wedding.  The children read special notes during the ceremony.  Practice for their wedding to come!  Jayanne, Wedding Coordinator

Are there churches we can rent for our wedding in Maui?

Yes, there are a good number to choose from.  Most have lots of history and are usually 100 to 200 years old, perfect for artistic photos.  Mr. and Mrs. Yamada from Kanagawa, Japan reveled in an early afternoon candlelit wedding at Holy Innocents Church in Lahaina. They had the best of Maui's local wedding talent, Rev Kimo Kirkman, and Musician Ernest Pua'a.  Then a couples escape out back to the beach for sunshine photos.  Jayanne, Wedding Coordinator

Weddings at Holy Innocents Church, Lahaina, Maui

Holy Innocents Church is in Lahaina, on the west side of the Island.  A very quaint, very photographic church for a small wedding.  Warm and welcoming with easy parking and close to several wonderful restaurants where you can have your reception right after.  Our little known secret is the stretch of beach in the back where we can take beach pictures! The best of both worlds,. Jayanne, Wedding Coordinator

Sunset pictures in wedding clothes at DT Fleming beach

The Muratas, still smiling and happy, used the last of the light at DT Fleming beach for sunset.  The third location on their photo tour, they still had energy to jump and play.  Spending time taking pictures together is like a honeymoon for your heart.  Jayanne, Wedding Coordinator
