Overall, I am very happy I chose A Paradise Dream Wedding for my special day. The aspect that they arrange all your services for you (and all you have to do is show up and look beautiful) is really a wonderful service they provide. I will recommend that brides get their hair done on their day, as it helps relieves you from a bit of a hassle! Other things, well, the site was gorgeous (Makena Cove), though the sun wasn't shining super brightly. Gordon and his crew made the best of it. I grin broadly when I see it focused in travel magazines; very proud to have gotten married there. I was a little let down with my picture DVD when I received it, as it did not contain all of my shots (a mistake which they quickly corrected when I alerted them to it). Just make sure you request that it's sent in a padded envelope if you live on the east coast. (It's a long trip for a paper sleeve to make!)
So, great job, I highly recommend them, just try to make the best of your time on Maui, and try not to stress! Oh, and check out Little Beach to relax, as a newly married couple, you'll love the seclusion. |

| Since we had never been to Maui before, we had no idea what to expect. After doing some research on the internet for wedding planners, we came across Gordon Nash and A Paradise Dream Wedding. From the very first telephone conversation, everyone was very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating as well. Our wedding planner, Our Coordinator, took over half way through and was so wonderful to us. Our wedding day turned out to be everything we had dreamed of and MORE!! The Minister was amazing and made us feel very at ease in front of nearly 50 wedding guests. The catering and bartending staff was absolutely fantastic and so friendly. The photographers and videographer were also wonderful and it did not feel like they were even there taking pictures and filming! All the guests were impressed with the food and the entertainment (guitarist and hula dancers). This whole experience was stress-free and it turned out to be a beautiful day. Thank you so much to Our Coordinator, Gordon and everyone else that was involved. |

We loved how easy everything was, Randy and I had originally planned on getting married in Mexico, but we were having so much trouble communicating with anyone there. When I changed my mind to get married in Hawaii, Randy and I called you guys upon a recommendation from Sandy Nakanishi. I was relieved after the first phone conversation with Maureen who began as our wedding coordinator. Everything was planned and taken care of within 2 weeks. We highly recommend your services to anyone planning to get married, because it was just so easy and pleasant the whole way through. Gordon Nash has taken phenomenal shots of us; most of our friends and family think it’s a fake background because it's so perfect and beautiful! I made and excellent scrap book with many of his pictures. Our reverend, I can't even begin to spell his name, I just know he is Israel's third cousin, sang a beautiful rendition of Over the Rainbow and made the ceremony so incredible for us. We will remember this event for the rest of our lives and we would have not have done it without the sophisticated, talented fantastic staff of Gordon Nash. Thank you so very much!

| When people ask what it was like to get married in Maui, our response is a resounding "INCREDIBLE"!! Everything was simply perfect. Obviously Maui lends itself to an ideal destination wedding site simply because...well, it's Maui!! However, the rest of our incredible experience is due to Gordon, his staff, an INCREDIBLE officiant (Rev. Al Terry), a gifted florist and cellist, and all others who had a part in helping to make our dream a reality. We never imagined planning a wedding thousands of miles away could be so simple...but it was! | We had an idea of what our wedding day might entail but when it happened it exceeded all of our expectations. “Island Time” is a concept A Paradise Dream Wedding does not adhere to. They were organized, courteous and professional. After spending five minutes talking to Gordon Nash I had 100% confidence in their abilities. Our friends and family are blown away by the quality of the photos and video. I don’t like to put a monetary value on such a meaningful day but I know we could have not gotten the same outcome anywhere else for the same price. | My Husband and I live in Vancouver, Canada, and we invited guests from Canada and Australia to come to our wedding in Maui. We both had never been to Maui and had no idea what to expect…every time I had a question, the girls at A Paradise Dream Wedding were there to help. They gave me lots of advice and suggestions and were very knowledgeable. But the real reason why I choose Paradise Dream Wedding was because I fell in love with Gordon Nash's photography. The first thing I booked when I was organizing our wedding was Gordon and wow was he great. Gordon and his assistant were on time; he was accommodating and extremely professional. We received our proof album in the 2 weeks as promised and since receiving the album and perusing the gorgeous photos, and it is evident why I chose Gordon as our photographer. Gordon, thank you for capturing every wonderful moment on our special day. Rev Diana was sincere and genuine and our guests commented saying that the ceremony was perfect and the celebrant was very kind and professional. The most important thing, she made us both feel relaxed throughout the ceremony. My Mum, and my three bridesmaids and I had our hair and make-up done in our condo and WOW we all looked beautiful. The make-up artist and hairdresser were friendly, professional and fun. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing. There were no nerves, just excitement. There were no hiccups; just perfection and I didn't want the day to end. I would even do it all over again. It was certainly the most special and wonderful day of our lives. |

Jayanne (coordinator) did a great job handling everything and picking our minister-Rev. Vance Rosette, who performed an excellent ceremony for us. The photos and Gordon Nash.... what can I say, it is evident if you have looked at his portfolio and read the testimonial. Gordon Nash is truly a wonderful person and he was so nice in making all our requests possible and let's not forget Hide Yoshikawa- who also did a wonderful job. The videography was great it captured every moment- definitely a must get in your wedding package. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful and smelled like a garden. Hair and makeup a plus, Shelly did a great job. Let's just say, if I would have to do it all over again I would not change a thing. Their marketing materials, customer service, photography and buying experience far surpassed the competition. As our special day drew close and we became more nervous and wanted everything to be just perfect, Michelle was right there to coordinate, make those last minute changes and see to all the details to ensure that our event went off smoothly as planned. It was the perfect paradise wedding that every girl has dreamed of and Dora truly was a princess for the day. | “A Paradise Dream Wedding” is exactly what George and I experienced. We started out with the vision of having our wedding on a beach and your company took it beyond our expectations. We thought planning our wedding thousands of miles away would be a difficult task to accomplish. However, with the professionalism of your staff from answering those ridiculous questions to ironing out a last minute detail the day of the wedding, made that distance feel like a stone's throw away! We cannot thank everyone who played a part in one of the most incredible days of our lives. Our Coordinator, our coordinator, was extremely helpful, sensitive, real, honest, prompt with getting back to us even with a six hour time difference, and also making it her concern our son was an important part of our special day. On the actual wedding day, the Cove was absolutely breath taking. We never anticipated the beach we dreamed of getting married on could be that magnificent. Chris, our on-site coordinator, was very attentive, paying attention to those details, and reminding us to breathe! Listening to Cambria, our violinist, play was exquisite. The soothing melodies she played helped get those nervous butterflies out and dance to what George and I are all about – LOVE! We truly have a special place in our hearts for Kimo, our minister, for expressing his compassion and love of life through our ceremony. The Hawaiian wedding celebration truly does know how to “go all the way!” Hide, our videographer, was brilliant. It was difficult, knowing our family could not be there with us, but he gave life to our wedding so each and every moment we can cherish and share with our family forever. Okay, we’ll admit, we watched our video everyday for weeks because it just blew us away, even down to our candid actions that fit perfectly to the beat of the song! Hide’s vision captured more than we anticipated making our video simply amazing. Lastly Gordon, what you have done with our photographs is absolutely beautiful and will be treasured beyond our lifetime! We cannot thank you enough for the time you took. When we initially looked into a photographer, we thought your photographs were natural and unique and that is exactly what you delivered. | Makena Cove was the perfect place! The photos don't even look real they were so beautiful. Two couples that we know had destination weddings such as ours and were floored when they saw our photos. They also had professional photographers at their weddings but the difference was night and day. We were so lucky to have had Gordon, especially after we saw our friends’ photos. It's a once in a lifetime experience and we have these amazing photos to remember what a truly wonderful day it was, the day we were married. The photos still take my breath away when I look at them; it takes me back the very moments we were there. A million thanks to Gordon and his staff for one of the best days of my life! |
