Kaitlin and Mark's Maui Wedding

When my then fiance and I decided on a small Hawaii destination wedding with just our parents, I knew right away I was going to hire a planner. I did lots of research and made a few phone calls. What immediately struck me about Jayanne was how calming she was on the phone - she instantly put me at ease. I will say that I wanted to do zero planning, and so I was a little overwhelmed by all the emails that I got in the very beginning of the planning process, but Jayanne was totally understanding and it turned out the only things I had to do were decide on whether or not I wanted a videographer (I did, and you should too!), where to eat dinner (recommendations provided by Jayanne), and how to do my hair. It was that simple. And let me just say that everyone Jayanne coordinated to be involved with my wedding day was phenomenal. My husband, our parents, and I were all thrilled. Trust me Jayanne knows what she is doing, and you won't regret the ease that comes with hiring her as your coordinator. Thank you Jayanne!!

Hi Jayanne, I just wanted to follow up to say thank you for everything! Our wedding day turned out to be spectacular and I know it wouldn't have been the same without your expertise. Every single one of our vendors was superb. Andrea - From the minute she walked in and gave me a hug I was at ease, plus she dealt so graciously with my mom asking for all sorts of last minute things. She listened to everyone's requests and delivered!

Robert - He showed up and it was like he had known us forever. He embodies aloha, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect ceremony.

Jimi - A musician was one of those "extras" that we had waffled back and forth about, but we loved having Jimi! It was such a nice touch to have the music at our ceremony and our parents thought the Hawaiian song he played during our ceremony was phenomenal.

Brian - A little story, after I got my wedding video and sent it to my closest friends and family, my sister ended up calling me to tell me how embarrassed she was by her wedding video that she paid 5x as much for and it took months for her to get from the videographer. Brian literally put the other guys to shame. Our video was beautiful and our family at home loved having it so quickly!

Brandon - Knowing just a little bit about photography, I know that the light during our ceremony was harsh and not easy light to shoot in. But Brandon produced amazing photos that we will treasure forever! We love that his photos are bright and colorful without being too over-dramatic. Thank you for indulging my request to have Brandon as my photographer!! I did leave a review for you on Google as a small token of my appreciation, but truly I cannot thank you enough for helping make our day so splendid. Mahalo, Kaitlin Kennard
