Here are our banquet menus along with general information on our catering services.  We also specialize in customizing your event to cater to your needs and tastes.  If you would like for us to proceed with planning your event, I will be available to answer any questions you may have and direct you to some referrals including location, entertainment, décor etc.

What is not included:

  • Service staff: Total fees will be calculated once we have timeline, venue and guest count

  • 1 Banquet  Captain’s  fee    

    • Waiters’s fee    

    • Additional hourly rate if over 10 hours apply.     

    • 2 chefs for 25 guests and over for plated or buffet

    • 2 chefs for less than 25 guests for plated with selection of 2-3 entrees

    • Additional chef’s fee will apply for action stations

  • Guest Tables, cake table, buffet tables, bar tables, scullery, etc.

  • Chairs

  • Linens for all buffet tables, skirts, guests  napkins and table cloths

  • Tents, lighting or decoration

  • Bar service, glassware, ice chest, ice

Payment Policies:

All catering functions require a Credit Card deposit of $200.00 to confirm the date.  

A Final Payment of the estimated balance will be due 15 days prior to the event.

We require a credit card number on file.

Any balance due must be paid at the conclusion of the function.

Cancelation policy:

Your deposit of $200.00 is refundable if you cancel more than 30 days prior to the event.

Guest Counts:

An estimated number of attendees will be required at the time of booking the event.

A final guaranteed number of attendees will be required 5 days prior to the event, this number may not be reduced.

Should the final number of attendees differ significantly from your estimated number, there may be a change in the price per person.

A $12.00 surcharge will apply for dinner menu items and $250.00 set up fee will apply for parties less than 25 guests

If you are selecting multiple entrees, The price per person will be based on the higher priced entree. This is necessary to off - set the additional expenses incurred in prepping, transporting and serving multiple dishes to your group. We allow up to 3 entree selections.

Leftovers:

For liability purposes all leftover food will be disposed of and is not available for the host to take home.

We normally take extra food especially for displays to make the buffet line bountiful and pleasing to the eye

Staff Break:

We do bring extra food for the staff to eat.  They have been working before the guests’ arrival to prepare, set up for the event and will have to breakdown all necessary equipment after all the guests have gone home.

 

Gratuities: Are at the Host’s discretion. Our staff will always welcome gratuities for outstanding service

We have prepared wide variety of entrees for you to select from. We are proud to incorporate some of the islands fresh ingredients and Asian flavors to give you a touch of Maui.



Papaya-grown in the island sweet and delicious

Mango-seasonal ingredient many locals farm it in the island

Macadamia nut-good with chocolate...Great with fish!

Coconut-who does not love it?

Pohole-fiddle fern- use as a vegetable or salad

Banana leaf-we steam the leaves so it would be pliable for wrapping

Alii Mushrooms-beautifully shaped large to medium grown in the big island

Pineapple-we use it as a relish, best with chicken or fish

Edamame -nice green color, best known for soy good for puree or served by itself

Lilikoi -passion fruit-fragrant, citrusy, we use it for dressings and sauces

Taro- root vegetables- we use it for poi but it is great just mashing it or baking it

Alaea salt- island clay salt

Okinawan sweet potato/ Molokai sweet potato- Purple yam, nutty flavor

Baby bok choy-Asian cabbage family, petite, tender

Shiitake mushrooms- Japanese mushrooms very flavorful

Tapioca Pearl-an Asian style tapioca, larger and with more texture, shaped like a pearl

Lemongrass- fragrant stalk, lemon type flavor

Mahimahi- Dorado, firm white fleshed fish, very moist with mild flavor

Ono-Wahoo- Very firm white flesh, best when slightly undercooked, Hawaiian for delicious

Opakapaka-Hawaiian pink snapper, very seasonal, high priced, moist and tender

Opah-moonfish- also seasonal, dense, tender and medium in flavor, popular

Monchong-big scaled Pomfret- again seasonal, mild white flesh, great flavor

Maui Onions-onions grown here in the Islands volcanic soil, sweet
