808 Bistro
Introducing the 808 Bistro, a delicious new adventure brought to you in part by the 808 Deli guys—brothers Josh and Jim Richardson, and Chad Metcalf—and industry veteran Mitch Edwards. They’re are keeping it close to home—they recently took over the open-air venue behind the 808 Deli space, formerly occupied by the Greek Bistro for over two decades. After cruising the fine-dining avenue together at the Four Seasons, and Edwards most recently at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, it became their dream to open up a charming neighborhood eatery where diners could enjoy great ambiance and fantastic dishes at affordable prices. The creative menu collaboration delivers an array of items that will leave your tastebuds tickled, such as the Maui Cordon Bleu, a Short Rib Potpie and a specialty pork chop that’s just as good (maybe even better) than mom used to make. Start off with the sinful Baked Crab Dip or Johnny Wellington—a tribute to the Greek Bistro’s “Johnny the Greek”—a savory pūpū consisting of lamb in a puff pastry served with a homemade tzaziki sauce. Also, check out their vegetarian options, fresh organic salads, unique keiki menu and sweet dessert selection. 808 Bistro is located at 2511 S. Kīhei Road, across from Kama‘ole Beach Park II, and is open nightly from 5 to 9 p.m. BYOB, for now. Call 879-8008 for more information.

Mulligans on the Blue
This lively restaurant & bar is located on the beautiful south coast of Maui alongside the Wailea Old Blue Golf Course. Mulligans is open every day for lunch and dinner in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. The restaurant offers both open-air inside seating as well as lots of outdoor tables on its spacious lanai, which boasts sweeping views of the Pacific ocean. We are also available for private parties, wedding rehearsals, receptions and custom events, so make our "Irish Aloha" a part of your upcoming plans. Mulligans on the Blue is also the island's premier venue for nightly entertainment, with a wide array of live music in addition to our acclaimed dinner show with Uncle Willie K!

Spago
The AAA Four Diamond and Mobil Four Star Spago opened at the Four Seasons Resort Maui in 2001, teaming America’s greatest chef with the world’s finest hotel group. The Asian-inspired contemporary design is crafted with unique stone, wood, exotic sea anemone murals and custom glass that frames spectacular views of the Maui coastline and neighboring islands. The room is sophisticated, yet relaxed, with carefully selected furnishings that provide both family comfort and romantic evenings both indoors or on the exterior lanai. All this creates the perfect stage for Chef Cameron Lewark’s brilliant menu, using Hawaii’s premier produce, fish and meats, with the styling that made Spago famous. The restaurant has an intimate lounge area and bar with a private dining room for special events. There also is a separate children’s menu.

Merriman's Kapalua
Merriman's is located on the cliffs between Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay, in Kapalua Resort, right next to the ocean, with a beautiful view of the tropical sunset from "The Point." Chef-Owner Peter Merriman, with his unique style of Hawaiian Regional Cuisine, is a pioneer in the "Farm to Table" concept. Peter serves only the freshest products, of which at least 90% are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods. His international menu items are prepared in a manner that highlights the natural flavors of these fresh, local foods. With sweeping ocean and spectacular mountain views and more than one-half acre of outdoor event space, Merriman's Kapalua is the ulitmate location for your wedding or special event. Located right next to Kapalua Bay, a popular beach for weddings. Merriman's also offers an oceanfront grassy area for wedding ceremonies.

Hula Grill
Reminiscent of a 1930s Hawaiian beach house, Hula Grill Kaanapali features a nostalgic setting. One of my favorite restaurants for casual sunset dining, with live music outside, next to the beach, during happy hour.

Plantation House
Located high above the Kapalua coastline sits The Plantation House Restaurant, a thoroughly modern blend of traditional plantation-style atmosphere, old-fashioned Hawaiian hospitality and the finest in island cuisine. Accommodates both large and small wedding parties.

Leilani's on the Beach
Overlooking Ka'anapali beach, this restaurant features an open air dining room capable of accommodating groups of up to 70.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
A fun waterfront restaurant in Lahaina on the water for a rehearsal or family dinner. Great food at great prices.

Hard Rock Café
Located on Lahaina’s Front Street, a fun place for a rehearsal dinner, or reserve their special lanai for a private, elegant wedding reception.
